Mashcole Property Management, Inc. is a California-based property management company that has been operating since 2005. Headquartered in Calabasas, with a satellite office in Long Beach, Mashcole currently oversees more than 7,000 units spread across 375 apartment communities, from Fresno in the north to Oceanside in the south, and from Palm Desert east to the coast.
Our client base spans the full spectrum of ownership: long-term family and individual owners who rely on us as a trusted partner, as well as institutional-level clients based nationwide. In every case, our goal is the same, to oversee the day-to-day operations of each property as if it were our own.
Mashcole is led by President and COO Joel Zide, a licensed California Real Estate Broker with more than 20 years of real estate experience and a track record managing portfolios in excess of 18,000 units across California, Nevada, Arizona, and Hawaii. The company is co-founded by Craig C. Senia, Broker of Record, who holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and brings more than 15 years of real estate management, asset management, and finance experience.
