property is ready, willing and able to serve all clientele. If you do not have ready, willing
and able staff at your asset you will not be leasing apartment homes.
PRICING

priced appropriately. Mashcole will help with the determination of appropriate market
rents through the preparation of detailed market surveys. If the units at your asset are
not properly priced, you will not be leasing apartment homes.
ADVERTISING
It is essential to the operations of your asset that appropriate
advertising is in place. If appropriate advertising is not in place you will not be leasing
apartment homes.
RENT READY UNITS
It is essential to the operations of your asset that rent-ready units
are available to show prospective renters. If you do not have rent-ready units at your
asset you will not be leasing apartment homes.
CURB APPEAL
It is essential to the operations of your asset that curb appeal is
present and the property looks good. If the asset does not have curb appeal you will not
be leasing apartment homes.
